Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each bonsai tree’s colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to the nature of our product, different device screen settings, and the other factors. Some differences will occur as each plant has its own characteristics.
Care instruction:
- Temperature: Cool to warm temperature. It grows best when sheltered from direct sunlight. Indoors, keep it in a place where there is high moisture. If placed outdoor, whenever the temperature drops below 60 degrees Fahrenheit, move the plant indoors otherwise it will lose its leaves.
- Lightning: prefers bright light but can also adjust to shade.
- Watering: moderate watering during summer/warmer months, keep moist, and reduce watering during winter; it only requires as much water to not dry out.
- Fertilizing: feed with slow-release fertiliser once every month, feed twice with a liquid fertiliser in the warmer months.
- Pruning: To retain the tree’s shape, regular pruning is necessary. Leaf pruning can be used to reduce leaf size (some Ficus bonsai species normally grow large leaves). Prune back to two leaves after 6-8 leaves have grown. The Ficus can be left to grow freely for one or two years if a considerable thickening of the trunk is desired.

DRIED/PRESERVED FLOWERS
Care instructions:
- Flowers are best displayed away from direct sunlight and rooms with high humidity. Handle with care, no need to water! With the right care they will provide years of enjoyment. Dried flowers may naturally fade in colour over time. They require no watering and with theright care they will provide years of enjoyment.
Disclaimers:
- Please remember flowers are a natural thing and come in all shapes and sizes and grow in weird and wonderful ways sono two flower arrangements will be the same.
- Most of our beautiful flower arrangements are designed to sit against a wall. Any 360-degree viewing/flowers front and back will be indicated in the product description.
- Due to the nature of dried and preserved flowers, please handle with extreme care. Some flowers are so fragile and delicate that they fall off easily. It is normal for flowers such as hydrangeas to arrive slightly flattened after delivery, please carefully fluff them with your fingers to regain shape
- Slight shedding during transit is normal but it shouldn't affect the arrangement, ensure you keep away from sunlight and rooms with high humidity to last longer and avoid fading.
- Flower and vase measures are approximate.
- Some of our flower arrangements come with a wooden pot. The wooden pot is a natural product. Therefore, small variations of colour, shape, and cracks may be expected.
CANDLES
Care instructions:
- Ensure wicks are upright and trimmed to 6mm (1/4 inch) at all times and burn long enough to allow the wax to melt from edge to edge of your candle jar. If your candle is not burned long enough it will create a memory ring and it will continue to tunnel for the life of your candle. Trimming the wick at each burn, will help prolong the life of your candle.
- It is recommended that candles do not burn for longer than four hours and cool for at least two hours before relighting. Always re-center the wick before burn.
- Do not burn a candle all the way down. Do Not burn candle with less than a 1/2” of wax remaining.
- Extinguish the flame if it comes too close to the holder or container.
Safety instructions:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended. 4. Do not t place a burning candle within 2 feet of anything flammable.
- Keep lit candles away from drafts, ceiling fans and any air currents.
- Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
- Candle jars may become hot. Always place candles on a heat-resistant surface.
- Do not burn the candle if the container jar is cracked, chipped, scratched or damaged in any way.
- Never move a burning candle. Ensure candle is extinguished, wax is solid and jar is cold before handling.
- To clean the crystals after burning your candle, place them in warm to hot water to remove excess wax, and wipe clean with a towel.
- The candle jar can be reused and recycled. Clean up with warm water when 1-1.5cm of wax remains.
Our candles are individually hand-poured in small batches, and could sometimes result in slight imperfections, such as frosting or air bubbles. However, rest assured that the quality of the candle and scent will not be affected. As our candles are 100% handmade and poured soy wax candles, we cannot duplicate the exact colouration or decoration each time they are made, they may look slightly different from the photos shown.
By purchasing our candles, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and will follow the candle care instructions that are in the description section of each candle.
